Weeks to Months - and Some Surprising Results

Obviously haven't kept up much. I'll make this short and sweet. Enough difference that I'm still on the gel. Not enough difference (for me) that I'm willing to say "yep, absolutely 100% try this". Mainly because of the price. It's not cheap stuff. It does seem to last a while (I'd say close to 60 days - if you do ever try it, make sure to cut your bottle in half when you think it's out. Annoyingly (for the price) I get probably another WEEK out of a bottle after it stops pumping). Here's why I'm still on it:

*I've started wanting to work out again. As in, I feel like I have the energy that I actually not only CAN but WANT to. That doesn't mean I've been getting in regular workouts yet, but I have the energy to and just need to get back in the habit. What I have been doing is catching up - all those projects and things I know need to be done but have been on the back shelf because I'm just too tired to do them.

*My inflammation. This one was interesting and caught me a little by surprise over the last few months. My hand has been slightly better, my foot the same. Since I judge my inflammation by those two obvious markers, I was surprised to get 2 completely unsolicited remarks from medical professionals about my swelling. The first was my dentist - my last cleaning she remarked on my gum inflammation and said that from the last time she measured (6 months ago) my inflammation markers had gone down like 75%. That's a HUGE difference. When I stopped to think about, I am so used to my gums bleeding easily when I'm brushing/flossing that it just didn't dawn on me that I hadn't noticed much recently. It's one of those things that I just wouldn't have thought of on my own, but it was so noticeable that she pointed it out.
About a month after that I was at my chiropractor - they've literally iced me on the table because the swelling on my back was so bad (true story, I am very self-conscious about my "back fat". It wasn't until they called it swelling that it dawned on me that my spine and back are that inflamed too...it's not fat, it's swelling. Yucky.) Anyway, obviously they've seen it at it's worst. When I was adjusted I adjusted super easy (and almost painlessly - that's unusual) and she actually remarked on my lack of swelling around my spine and on my back. I'm going to assume that's a good thing.

So...for what it's worth, I would tentatively say to try it. It's not a miracle cure (good grief I hate when things are pegged as that!), BUT, I have only made 2 changes in the last 6 months. I can't say I've been super committed to my diet - I am eating keto still but haven't pushed the neuro side of it (it's a more stringent fat ratio that has seen a lot of improvement in cognitive issues, seizures, etc) like I had on my list. This has actually been a really bad week as far as hormones and memory issues go (just ask the friend that picked up my kid when I forgot where she was!). I probably should make that a priority... So, for me, the energy healing and the gel have been the only 2 changes. To me, energy is kind of subjective. That's a hard one for me to say "yes, this is absolutely an effect" and I admit to discounting it when I see other people act like it's this absolute effect. For example, I have higher energy levels in the fall and winter because I breathe better and function better when the temps and allergens drop. The fact that I started seeing that result mid-summer points a little more to a difference in my mind. The inflammation is more of a mark to me that something is happening in my body that might be a result of the one or other or both having some effect. Enough that I will continue it to at least a year mark.
